Arrival at Villa Tortue is via a large garage equipped with a turning platform for easy U-turns, ensuring great practicality. A staircase then leads you to the air-conditioned living space, which includes a vast fitted kitchen with a central island and an impressive wine cellar. The living room features a TV and bar area ideal for memorable cocktail evenings. A large bay window offers panoramic ocean views and opens onto a spacious terrace.

The terrace is an open-air relaxation area with a barbecue-equipped dining area, ideal for enjoying alfresco meals while taking in the view. A large heated infinity pool adds a further touch of luxury to this outdoor space.

The villa’s four bedrooms all offer ocean views. The master bedroom, located on the upper floor, is particularly spacious and features a double walk-in shower, a desk, a dressing room, a sitting area and a large private terrace. Two bedrooms are on the main level of the villa, while the other two are on the lower level, all with their own terrace.

The villa also offers a fully equipped fitness room, which can be converted into a fifth bedroom with twin beds on request.
