ARTICLE 72 : Maximum fee schedule – (Since April 1st, 2022) : As part of the seasonal rental activity, the agency’s fee amounts to a maximum of 30% of the “gross rent” collected for the rental. This fee is the exclusive responsibility of the property owner.
The agency will deduct this fee from the payment made by the client and, in the event of payment in installments, progressively as each installment is received.
